Payment:

Payment has to be made at least 30 days before the meeting date, either by bank transfer or by cheque.

 

Cancellation:

To ensure maximum individual benefit, the number of participants will be limited. However, we understand that sometimes more pressing demands on your time may arise. If this happens, we would be happy to welcome a colleague in your place. Alternatively we will offer your place to someone on the waiting list. To organize this, we request written notification of your cancellation four weeks before the start of the program. Otherwise we regret that we are unable to refund the fees due.
