Background and target group - who should attend?

In the context of the process of introducing the joint programme proposal (Programmvorschlag) as the joint programme document for technical and financial cooperation, the orientation towards impact was (re-)emphasized. Monitoring must be related to observing the progress or the lack thereof towards achieving desirable major changes (impact) initiated by a programme. Any programme or programme component (TC or FC module) must have an impact-oriented monitoring system that forms the basis for progress reporting.

This training course addresses 3 major target groups

(1) National government officials and staff

(2) GIZ National and international personnel
