This orientation seminar is designed to provide practice-oriented insights into the concept of management, the workings of organizations, and the cross-cultural context of development cooperation projects and programmes as an EAST-WEST cooperation endeavor. Thus it will enable participants to more systematically understand their organizations as well as their management and to become better prepared for the engineering of organizational change processes.
