AMI's stated purpose is to contribute to individual and organizational capacity development. AMI co-operates with well qualified human resource development specialists coming from three continents: Europe, Asia and North-America. AMI is an international consulting company operating in the form of a decentralised network of partners/owners. Additionally AMI co-operates with professional consultants from various regions.
AMI provides its clients a participatory approach to organizational and human resource development. AMI offers consultancy services and individually tailored in-house training and coaching programmes. AMI also organizes and conducts a regular training programme for the Asia-Pacific region administered through it's Bangkok office.
